Ingredients:
- Few pistachios
- Few cashew nuts
- Few chironji
- Few dates
- Few almonds
- 1l milk
- 100gms vermicili
- Ghee
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1/2tsp elaichi powder
- Kesar
Method:
- Pour 2tbsp ghee into a pan and saute chironji, chopped pistachios, cashew nuts, dates and almonds.
- Pour the milk into this and boil it, till it changes colour to a slightly brown shade and slightly thickens.
- Now fry the some vermicili in ghee till turns brown.
- Now pour the vermicili into the milk mixture, add sugar, elaichi powder and Kesar and mix it well in low flame for a while.
- Serve it hot or cold.
