Fresh Pasta

Everyone loves pasta, it’s so smooth and delicate and with the perfect sauces it’s an amazing dish. This is the first time I tried fresh egg pasta and it came out well. Read more to know the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 100 gms flour
  • 1 egg

Method:

  1. Make a well in the flour and drop the egg in it.
  2. Mix the egg and slowly bring the flour towards the centre and the mix the dough. Work the dough well until it is smooth and dry.
  3. Leave the dough to rest for 30 mins.
  4. Then roll the dough and cut it a cm 0.5cm apart and then unroll them
  5. It takes only 2 mins for cooking fresh pasta.
  6. You can store this for 2 days in the fridge.
