
This recipe is very simple to make and it is the perfect snack time or starter dish. It is crispy, spicy and oh so good. Try this recipe and let me know!!

Ingredients:
- 200 gms baby corn
- Cooking oil
- Salt
- Black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 Garlic
- 1 Onion/ 2 spring onions
- 2 green chilies
- Chili powder
- MSG/ aginomoto
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour/ maida
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tsp vinegar or lemon
Method:
- Cut the baby corn in desired length and boil them in water for about 2 mins, don’t add salt while boiling as it can soften the baby corn making it delicate while mixing.
- Drain the water, add all purpose flour, corn flour, rice flour, 2 pinches pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, salt to taste and turmeric to baby corn and mix well. Now add water in small quantities to make a thick batter, then deep fry the baby corn.
- Take a kadhai and heat 2 tbsp of oil, add the chopped chilies, garlic and onion in it and saute it till the raw smell of garlic is gone.
- Add a pinch of MSG/aginomoto, a pinch of salt, a pinch of chili powder, 1 tbsp of vinegar/lemon and a tbsp of soy sauce and saute it for a while.
- Take a tsp of corn flour and mix it with water to make a slurry, and add it into the kadhai and mix it for a while till it thickens like a sauce, this slurry will ensure that the spices stick to the baby corn.
- Add the fried baby corn into this and give it a good stir.
- Finally take it in a bowl and garnish it with a pinch of sesame seeds.
